All Sales Are Final. Medical Aesthetics is not an exact science and while good results are expected, there is no guarantee of results of any treatment. We at Blue Mussel Aesthetics devote our earnest efforts to achieving the desired results for our clients, however, clinical results will vary per client. Prior to purchasing any product or service, please consider all the required protocol and side effects. We are available to discuss any concerns and answer any questions you may have with regards to the services and products we offer before purchase. Payments are made for services to be performed and not for a specific result. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.
No Refunds for Services Rendered (or partially rendered). If a series of treatments has been purchased and the course of treatment must be interrupted or discontinued per client request, or due to external forces outside of our control (including but not limited to: global pandemic, government mandates, economy, etc.), credit on remaining un-used treatments after applying the full standard price of used treatments may be extended, and may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Blue Mussel Aesthetics. This is at the discretion of the Practice owners.
Refunds on Services Un-rendered. A refund on services purchased but not started must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. There is a 7-14-day wait time to processing a refund and a 3% administrative fee applied to the original purchase method and all types of payment.
